My stay at this resort had its ups and downs. The cabin feel was charming, and it was nice to have the river nearby. While the rooms were clean, the bed and pillows were in need of replacement. The service left a lot to be desired due to poor management handling during my stay. Overall, it was a decent experience but not without its flaws.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean with a cozy cabin feel, featuring a fireplace and amenities like a fridge and microwave. However, the bed and pillows were old and needed replacement.
Service
5.0
The service was lacking, especially due to the manager's dismissive attitude towards complaints. I felt my concerns were not addressed adequately, which was disappointing.
Location

The location is quite nice, right by the river and close to many activities in town. It provides a peaceful atmosphere away from more crowded areas.

Facilities

Facilities were adequate, though nothing particularly stood out. The fireplace in the room was a nice touch, even if the log situation was unreasonable.

I had a great time at this rustic hotel near Estes Park! The room was spacious enough for our group, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, there were a few drawbacks, like no breakfast options and some noise issues from neighboring guests. Plus, the bathroom was smaller than I expected.

Rooms
7.0
The room was larger than a typical hotel room, and the rustic decor added a nice touch. It was comfortable but the bathroom was on the smaller side and lacked privacy with the sliding glass door.
Service
8.0
The front desk staff was polite and helpful when we needed assistance.
Location
9.0
The hotel’s location is great, on the outskirts of Estes Park and right by the creek, which made it peaceful yet still close to town.
Dining
6.0
While the restaurant was closed for breakfast, we enjoyed a nice dinner there. But it was a bit inconvenient having to go into town for breakfast.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had useful amenities such as fishing poles for guests, which I thought was great. However, the lack of a second-floor option for more privacy was a letdown.

During our stay at Nicky's Resort, we found it to be a peaceful getaway after a disappointing experience elsewhere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering great value for the price. The location on the outskirts provided tranquility away from the hustle and bustle, although some amenities were lacking. Overall, it was a pleasant finish to our trip, but the service could use some improvement.

Rooms
9.0
The room we stayed in was huge, featuring a king bed, a cozy fireplace, a fridge, and a microwave, all of which contributed to a restful atmosphere.
Service
7.0
The front desk staff was sweet and attentive, but the lack of breakfast options was a downside.
Location

Being located on the outskirts of Estes Park was perfect for those looking for peace, away from the busy town.
Dining
8.0
There was a restaurant next to the resort offering reasonably priced meals, which was a convenient option for dinner.
Facilities

The resort had good overall facilities, but some touch-ups could enhance the experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful, though I wish there were more breakfast options available. Overall, I loved the rustic feel and cleanliness of the place, but some noise from other guests could be an issue.

Nicky’s Resort is a lovely place to stay near Estes Park, with beautiful views and clean rooms. However, the dining options are a bit pricey and the pool area could use some cleaning. The location is convenient for exploring both the lakes and downtown area, making it a great choice for a mountain getaway.

Rooms
